Ask Gary: An Open Conversation About Understanding-Based Conflict Resolution

Ask Gary is an opportunity to bring your most thoughtful, difficult, or unexpected questions about conflict resolution to Gary J. Friedman. Join us on April 23 at 12:00 p.m. PDT for a facilitated conversation where no question is out of bounds. You are welcome to bring your questions to the session or send them in advance.
To support a conversation that is both open and productive, we will use a light structure drawn from the Center’s understanding-based approach, including contracting, looping, and agreements. This framework helps create a dialogue that is focused, respectful, and inclusive, while leaving room for genuine inquiry and exchange.
Gary is co-founder of the Center for Understanding in Conflict and a pioneering figure in the mediation field, with decades of experience helping people work through conflict with greater understanding, clarity, and responsibility.
