Join us for a dynamic and collaborative members-only gathering focused on launching your journey toward deeper mediation experience in the understanding-based approach.

Catherine Conner, Gary Friedman, Joy Rosenthal, Ivan Alter, and Melanie Rowen will share practical strategies and personal insights on how to begin or deepen your path in mediation. We will explore how to:

• Identify local opportunities to engage with conflict work
• Reach out to potential referral sources and community partners
• Build a simple, values-aligned portfolio grounded in the understanding-based approach

After the presentation, we will move into small, facilitated groups designed to foster peer connection, collaborative learning, and open sharing. You will have space to:

• Share what is happening in your community
• Trade tips, experiences, and contacts
• Explore ideas for next steps, both individually and collectively

We will reconvene as a full group to surface key takeaways, reflect on themes that emerge, and begin visioning together for what is possible in 2026. A member-sourced resource list will be shared after the session to support your continued growth and collaboration.
