DESCRIPTION:Conflict professionals and mediators can encounter cases where traditional approaches fall short – when parties deliberately mislead\, launch personal attacks\, or harbor intense hatred that seems insurmountable. This practical webinar equips conflict resolution professionals with advanced techniques for transforming these volatile situations into opportunities for breakthrough.
